I am a accomplished entrepreneur, educator, and women empowerment speaker and for lack of a better word your coach, but really I'm your Pusher.
As an entrepreneur for over 20 years I founded Rare Essence Studio & Rare Essence Academy a natural hair salon and education platform in Phoenix, Az.
My work as a stylist and business owner has been highlighted in Essence Magazine as well as other international publications.
In 2003, I fought the State Board of Cosmetology in the state of Arizona which opened the doors for all natural hair stylists to be able to operate without the regulations of the cosmetology board in the state of Arizona.
I now speak and coach women on how to
